      Detoxing while nursing is not safe for the baby as the toxins pass through mother’s milk. Need to wait until baby is weaned from breast.

    I want to do this for myself. I’m a plant-based eater but, admittedly, succumbing to occasional “vegan junkfood.” Lots of stress & grief issues promoting craving behavior right now. Part of that grief – a sister being diagnosed with ALS within past year; wondering if any known studies on effects of detox on ALS. Thank you for what you are doing! Looking forward to learning and participating in detox!

      We’re saying to try and not travel outside your city where you live/work – of course we are all working while we detox. 🙂

    Great tips on freezing the veggies that may be going bad. I am encouraging all my family to jump into the new year with veggies only. Then I found your video, I like what I hear! Thank you

      Instead of freezing them, consider juicing! Don’t freeze them if they’re extremely close to breaking down.

        I blend my veggies and fruit in my big blender and but them in ice cub trays and freeze them. then when i make a smoothie or soup i put them in.

      Yes, celery juice is fantastic and in fact we use celery seeds in one of the phases of our detox. Celery is highly detoxifying, purifies the blood, helps heal the gut, reduces inflammation, and helps strengthen bones. I hope you’ll join us for a detox!
