Enjoy my Chia Snowballs Recipe!

Everyone loves them, and they're packed full of nutrients and raw food goodness.


Chia Snowballs

1 C peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 C raw honey
1/2 C brown rice syrup
4 C brown rice cereal
3 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 C shredded coconut

Mix all the ingredients together except the coconut. Roll the mixture into balls and then roll each ball into the shredded coconut to cover. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
