Red Autumn Smoothie

  • 3 ¼ C water/ice
  • 1 medium beet, washed well and quartered
  • ¼ medium purple cabbage, cut into chunks
  • Spinach, added until blender mixture reaches 6-cup line
  • 2 Tbsp. raw honey
  • 2 tart-sweet apples
  • 2 bananas, frozen in chunks
  • 2 C pineapple, frozen in chunks
  • ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Blend first four ingredients for 1 minute, then add remaining ingredients and blend until very smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours and shake well before serving.
