What Supplements Should I Take Daily?

Daily supplements

Ever wonder what supplements are MOST important for you to take daily?

Most of the supplements out there aren’t helpful.

The critical supplements complete a whole-foods diet – not take the place of it.

There are just TWO I developed because I wanted them for MYSELF – and to be able to recommend them wholeheartedly.

They're both made in small, fresh batches (which is why we often sell out!), out of organic, plant sources only.

On a rare occasion, when the quality I want doesn’t exist in the marketplace, I create it.

[For 2 weeks only, you can get DOUBLE, ONGOING savings on the two supplements I recommend daily – plus our highest-quality protein powders and sprouted seeds to elevate your smoothie nutrition and make your smoothies filling and delicious every time. #1 — Support Your Gut – the Foundation of Good Health

PreZymePro

My one-of-a-kind, three-in-one digestive aid that supports your whole digestive tract:

  • 6 plant-derived digestive enzymes (ease the burden of eating cooked food, on your overtaxed pancreas and liver!)
  • 15 probiotic strains for gut health and repair
  • Organic prebiotics to feed and multiply the probiotics

Try to find a probiotic this fresh (we make it in SMALL batches, which is critical for probiotics) *plus* has the prebiotics they feed on, *plus* has digestive enzymes! You won’t find it, because it doesn’t exist.

Our product actually ferments or “cultures” milk, and few brands do. See the results of our probiotic tests.

#2 — Daily Minerals for A Healthy Life

Ultimate Minerals

It’s GSG’s best-selling, most-reordered product for a good reason – it gets results!

I have countless testimonials (read many on our product page) of customers who sleep better, lose weight, relieve neurological symptoms, enjoy thicker, fuller hair, and have more energy because they take Ultimate Minerals regularly.minerals

For me, the dark circles under my eyes disappeared. I began falling asleep quickly for the first time in my life, and my hair and nails grew twice as fast, and thicker!

Modern agricultural practices have stripped soils to the point that even organic produce doesn’t have the trace minerals our bodies rely on for every process it does.

Ultimate Minerals are super-concentrated fulvic and humic acids from ancient plant deposits – containing all the trace minerals in their organic, ionic forms.

    Hello,
What is the count of the bacteria in the Prezyme Pro?
    Thank you

  2. Luana says:

I have Morgellons Disease, am I able to take this? And will it help leson the symptoms I have? Which one of these would be best for me to take? Please reply back to my Email as I have very poor reception and can’t usually load regular web pages such as this one. Thanks and God Bless

Hi Luana, although I believe a whole food diet and quality supplementation can help with any disease, it is important to verify with your practitioner before you start new supplements.

I take three supplements (I switch them up) that are quite similar and amazing.

One is Sprouted Fermented Enzymes – 13 enzyme blend, probiotic blend 650 million cfu and a fermented sprouted organic botanical blend (chia seed, canihua seed, astragalus, ashwagandha, turkey tail, flax seed, pumpkin seed, hemp seed, green pea seed, ginger, turmeric, holy basil, milk thistle seed, broccoli seed and mung bean.

Second is SBO (soil based organisms) Probiotics w/prebiotic superfoods. It has the exact same sprouted, fermented organic botanical blend as the first supplement, above, plus 50 billion cfu of 6 strains.

Third is Probiome Gut Formula – bio available glutamine – It has fermented zinc, gut integrity blend (l-glutamine, licorice root, marshmallow root), tonic mushroom/micro algae/mineral blend (turkey tail, spirulina, blue-green algae, chlorella, 4 mushrooms, fermented silver, fermented gold), and a soil and plant based probiotic and prebiotic blend 10 billion cfu

Like I said, I only take one of those at a time, because they are so similar. With that I take a Micelle Liposomal Turmeric with Fulvic Acid (liquid) , as needed: ionic zinc (liquid), Magnesium (liquid) that I switch off with an oxy supplement that combines magnesium with ascorbic acid), Calcium, Potassium and Selenium (liquids), the intermittent super high quality lavender and white rose tincture/flower essence combo and I have zeolite that I put in my reverse osmosis water.

Your ultimate mineral blend appeals to me, but I don’t think I really need it.

    Thoughts?

  4. Grace H Barry says:

I saw you mention the word "milk" in your description. Do these supplements contain cow dairy? Or are they vegan?

    1. Rose Butler GSG says:

Hi Grace, they do not contain any dairy, Robyn mentions milk because you can "test" the quality of a good probiotic and make sure there are still active cells in there by dropping a capful in milk and see if it ferments or "cultures" the milk. The Prezyme Pro is completely plant based and suitable for vegan diets.

  5. Cynthia says:

I wonder about the "milk" issue as well….when I saw that I cringed…..don’t do dairy and never buy probiotics with dairy. ??? Do yours contain dairy/milk products? Even fermented is a no no for me! That kind of changed my excitement around these products. 🙁

  6. Lynne says:

What about taking when you have IC? Painful bladder disease Think it would help?

  7. Nyleen says:

Robin, in your spiel for the ultimate minerals you said you’ve received “countless testimonials” from people who take it regularly.
Except I can’t seem to find any reviews. I would love to read others honest opinions about the product.

  8. Lois Culp says:

I have heartburn, acid reflux and Gerd. I take multi B’s., cal/mag, C +K, grape seed,A,E, selenium, Zinc. My thyroid is just under the high # Amy suggestions
