Preserving Raw Foods with Natural Prebiotics
The importance of this step cannot be overstated, especially in a world where harmful viral and bacterial organisms are becoming “superbugs” and antibiotics are no longer the savior they once were.
Cultured foods are a host for beneficial organisms that populate and protect the human gastrointestinal tract. If I had to pick the two most important steps in this course, it would be Step 1 (green smoothies) and this one. Why is this Step 8, then, rather than Step 2? Because it’s very unfamiliar to most people.
Not that this step is difficult. It’s amazingly easy. But I say that to congratulate you. These are easy, but advanced-thinking habits!
