Welcome to your 12 Steps to Whole Foods membership site!  Thanks for joining others like you who want a successful experience in the journey to naturally vibrant health and abundant energy.  It’s an honor to share my life’s work with you!

The thing I hear most often when teaching nutrition classes or counseling people is “I’m overwhelmed--where do I start?  Tell me what to eat!” Years of fad diets, food cults, and contradictory media reporting have muddied even the most basic ideas of what good nutrition even means!

12 Steps to Whole Foods is the culmination of all the nutritional principles I’ve found worthwhile and valuable during my own journey to health.  It began more than 20 years, 70 pounds, and 21 diagnosed diseases ago, as I used my research training to help myself and my children out of our chronic health problems.

This membership site is designed to flatten the learning curve for you, delivering the entirety of my published work on nutrition as well as exclusive content and support--all organized in a simple-to-use format in one convenient place.

The premise of the program is that you can tackle one new nutrition habit at a time, in a quest to replace refined foods with whole-food, plant-based meals and snacks. I’ll be your guide for each new habit, condensing for you the best practices from my huge library of nutrition research. I’ll give you tips to save time and money as you improve your health in manageable chunks.

For each of the 12 Steps you’ll find a chapter from the manual, plus recipes, menu plans, videos, meditations and other audio, and continually updated bonuses and other exclusive content.  Go at your own pace! Your expenditures of time and commitment should be considered an investment in adding years to your life and life to your years.
