Blender?

Just purchased the 12 Step program b ut I can’t afford the BlendTech and the recipe says you can’t use the $20 blenders.   Does anyone have suggestions for what to use?   Thanks for any help.

It’s a long and winding road to good nutrition!

In my first newsletters, I told you a little about the rocky path to health that my family and I traversed.  It’s not very often clear and linear, that path, is it?  You try a lot of dumb stuff, yucky recipes you throw away, before you end up at the truth—and that’s if you’re lucky.  […]

Blentec Blender

Do you use the switch on the back and turn it on/off everyday? Silly I know, but this was expensive and I want to keep it around forever.

The Green Smoothies Diet Book vs. 12 Step Subscription vs. Biggest Green Smoothie Recipe Collection

Hi Robyn, I’ve been lurking on the site for the past 2 months while I’ve been saving money for a Blendtec.   I’m about ready to purchase one, but now I’m confused as to what literature I should purchase along with it.   Would you explain the differences between  your 12 step Subscription, the Biggest […]

Green Smoothie Testimonials, part 14

I’ve been drinking a quart of green smoothies daily for about a year now, with a few exceptions. When I fail to drink them for a few days (too busy, need to go to the store, etc.), I find that the first sip of the next smoothie is so welcome, so delicious, so satisfying. My […]

We have begun to lose a few pounds. I am turning on my grandchildren and children to them. My husband is Hispanic, diabetic, high […]

your Total Blender does not run itself

Y’all know I am madly in love with the BlendTec Total Blender.   (So much so that  I, for now anyway, give 12 Steps to Whole Foods away when you get one through the link on this site.)   It’s not just an appliance, not just a blender . . . it’s really my best […]

easy kale or collard “chips” you can make in your dehydrator

GreenSmoothieGirl.com reader Tonya C. donated  a recipe for yummy “chips” (I call them “crisps” because they’re really light and airy) made in the dehydrator. I have significantly  altered the recipe. Brewer’s Yeast is a good way for vegans to obtain Vitamin B12. Cheesy Kale/Collard  Crisps 1/3 cup cashews, soaked 1-2 hours (optionally) 2 Tbsp. lemon […]
