Cranberry Sauce

1 lb. whole cranberries, rinsed
½ C raw honey
½ C orange juice
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
Pinch of salt

Combine all of the ingredients together in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a low boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the berries begin to burst, about 15 minutes. Stir, then remove from heat and let it sit to cool and thicken.
