Over 80 percent of Americans are deficient in the fatty acid known as Omega 3. Your body cannot manufacture it, so it must come from food on a regular basis. The richest plant sources of Omega 3 are germinated flax, chia, and broccoli seeds, all which are also major powerhouse of fiber, antioxidants, amino acids, and other phytonutrients.
Omega 3s and other nutrients in flax, chia, and broccoli seeds are critical to maintaining endocrine health. Most women in the modern world have major hormonal problems, and the powerful combination of these sprouted seeds are the very best way I know to address that.
Additionally, the Omega 3s, fiber, enzymes, lignans, and other phytonutrients in flax, chia, and broccoli are strongly linked to these functions:

Do you know how much Omega 3′s, DHA, and ALA are in the TriOmega? Are all 3 germinated or just the flax seed? how many servings per container? Thanks! Product looks very promising!

Not sure we can break down DHA and ALA, as they are converted by the body more than just a “content” issue—all three seeds are germinated. The servings are on the product in the store if you click over to it from the links in the newsletter.
