I don’t generally offer other authors’ books on my site, but here’s one I love and highly recommend as one of the very best. Original Fast Foods by James and Colleen Simmons is completely in keeping with my program of the 60-80% raw, plant-based diet. The book has wonderful recipes, and is the most research-supported and-cited, and most comprehensive, single nutrition book I own.
