So I told you last year I was building a new house in the spectacular Daybreak planned community in South Jordan, Utah. Well, halfway through the building process, my kids decided they weren’t moving from their schools! I’ve downsized into a townhouse I love, moved in November. Not in Salt Lake valley, like I’d hoped, but right by the freeway, as a compromise with my kids. Since I’m often jetting to the airport.
Meantime, my house is done, and it’s tragically beautiful since no one lives there and I listed it for $35k less than I paid to build it. Know anyone who wants a beautiful home right next to every amenity imaginable, in Utah’s #1 premiere community? Beaches, extensive trails, pools, volleyball, tennis, soccer, kayaking, club house, and tons more. Here’s the listing:
And, my best friend and COO, Kristin, just listed her house, too–for a similar downsize into a townhouse near mine. This beautiful home is in East Lindon, another of the most desirable communities in all of Utah, due to ½ acre lot minimums and country living style. I love her floor plan, very well maintained, and there’s a mother-in-law apartment in the basement. Check it out here:
