What’s in MY fridge, and YOURS!
My daughter Emma was examining the contents of our fridges and said, “Mom, you should take a photo of what we eat, because it’s so pretty.”
Good idea, Emma. Done. Here’s the left side fridge, right side fridge, and the two together.
(Tons of YouTube subscribers have asked me if I got a double-wide fridge. No, it’s two fridges, and we moved the handle on one of them to the other side.)
Aren’t whole foods prettier than chicken nuggets and burgers and milk and pepperoni and Lunchables and cans of soda?
Be the first to accurately identify 10 items in my fridges, by POSTING A REPLY here. (When I go to approve comments, we can see who was first, and we’ll show you and get your address then.)
The first wins a 12 Steps to Whole Foods course manual ($99.95). Be the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th, and win an autographed copy of The Green Smoothies Diet.
Ready, set, GO!
Emma just read this and said, “Tell them we want to see what’s in THEIR fridge, and give them prizes for that!”
Great idea. Take a photo of the inside of your fridge, and send it to us with a list of what’s in it. Whether it’s GOOD, BAD, or UGLY. The best one wins a 12 Steps to Whole Foods manual, and so does the one in most desperate need of a FRIDGE MAKEOVER!
Send a photo of the inside of YOUR fridge to support123@greensmoothiegirl.com and we’ll post them on the blog later! Feel free to tell us a sob story about the contents of your fridge. Everybody here at GSG needs a laugh.

Well, this doesnt look to hard. Many of the items look familiar, even in a cell phone picture. In the first picture from left to right, top shelf: there are some quart jars of green smoothie, some strawberries, raspberries and a bottle of vitamin water. On the second shelf there is some sort of dip/sauce, two boxes of tea bags, some green grapes and a box of greens-baby spring mix or baby kale/spinich-some sort of greens. On the third shelf there is a bottle of possibly a green smoothie or other healthy drink, a carton of zico coconut water, some mixed peppers, hummus, some kale leaves and a bowl of salad. In the middle drawer there are some lemons, and something else. In the bottom left drawer there are some apples. In the bottom right drawer there is some romain lettuce and perhaps a red potato or two.
In the second picture: this side is less identifiable becouse of things being in opaque bags. Those items on the top shelf I’m pretty sure are greens and veggies. On the second shelf there may be some veggies, but mostly nuts and seeds-perhaps some golden flax on the far left. On the third shelf there are some carrots, maple syrup, a green smoothie, and kefir/yogurt. The middle drawer is unidentifiable. The bottom left drawer is full of apples and the bottom right drawer is full of greens.
I wouldn’t mind having your fridge Robyn. I like every thing I see. I hope I accurately identified things. Some are pretty tough or almost impossible to know unless you’ve lived in the house.
