What’s in MY fridge, and YOURS!

fridge1My daughter Emma was examining the contents of our fridges and said, “Mom, you should take a photo of what we eat, because it’s so pretty.”

Good idea, Emma. Done. Here’s the left side fridge, right side fridge, and the two together.

(Tons of YouTube subscribers have asked me if I got a double-wide fridge. No, it’s two fridges, and we moved the handle on one of them to the other side.)

Aren’t whole foods prettier than chicken nuggets and burgers and milk and pepperoni and Lunchables and cans of soda?

fridge2Be the first to accurately identify 10 items in my fridges, by POSTING A REPLY here. (When I go to approve comments, we can see who was first, and we’ll show you and get your address then.)

The first wins a 12 Steps to Whole Foods course manual ($99.95). Be the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th, and win an autographed copy of The Green Smoothies Diet.

Ready, set, GO!

Emma just read this and said, “Tell them we want to see what’s in THEIR fridge, and give them prizes for that!”

fridges3Great idea. Take a photo of the inside of your fridge, and send it to us with a list of what’s in it. Whether it’s GOOD, BAD, or UGLY. The best one wins a 12 Steps to Whole Foods manual, and so does the one in most desperate need of a FRIDGE MAKEOVER!

Send a photo of the inside of YOUR fridge to support123@greensmoothiegirl.com and we’ll post them on the blog later! Feel free to tell us a sob story about the contents of your fridge. Everybody here at GSG needs a laugh.

Some things I see in your fridge are: tomatoes, hummus, grapes, spinach, sunflower greens, lemons, colored mini peppers, romaine lettuce, bowl of mixed salad, apples, pure maple syrup, carrots, and it looks like some bunches of other greens, yogurt or kefir or homemade nut milk, possibly sprouts, strawberries, green smoothie, and many other healthful foods that give lots of vitality. (just read the email, but thought I’d join in anyway)
