I want a healer in every home…..plant-based, self-directed medicine, part 1 of 3
Here’s the video of Donna, whom I met at Creative Health Institute a year ago, when I was there studying and sitting in the back of a class she taught. She quoted me in her class. Madeline, the program director when I was there, asked her, “Do you know GreenSmoothieGirl?”
And what followed was very funny because I was sitting in the back of the room with a reflexologist working on my feet, and Donna didn’t know it. So that’s how I met her.
She had a large melanoma on her back. She had quickly, massively reduced its size using the essential oil FRANKINCENSE, in a matter of weeks.
A few days ago, she wrote me this:
“Robyn, it’s hard to believe it has been a year since I had the privilege to meet you! What a wonderful year it has been! I just wanted to let you know that the tumor completely died and fell off and the hole where the tumor once filled in. The scar is now healing as well! God is so great! –Donna Capon”
I just toted Coach Allison to our four classes in GA, SC, and NC. You have to be a trouper to keep up with us, and she is. Four big classes in just over 48 hours.
I told the audience that Allison, see her photo here, eliminated brain cancer without chemo and radiation, when she was 13 years old, with a WHOLE FOODS DIET, and the essential oil FRANKINCENSE.
It’s one of those simple answers. But frankincense is powerful. It’s rich in a class of constituents called sesquiterpenes, which cross that sacrosanct blood-brain barrier, where they can powerfully affect neurotransmitters and oxygenate the brain. This energizes the pineal and pituitary glands, leading to increases in production of antibodies, endorphins, and neurotransmitters.
It’s not voodoo, essential oils. It’s not wishful thinking. It’s biochemistry! More on this tomorrow.
How did they use the Franincense Essential Oil? Topically only or did they take it internally as well? If so, how much.
I understand the need for a whole food diet, I understand the need for a raw whole food diet.
I know this has nothing to do with your post, but I have been wondering. What do you do for orange Juice? Do you buy it or make it yourself? I have noticed a lot of your recipes call for it (specifically the dressing) If you do buy it what brand. I have been researching Not from concentrate Vs from concentrate and have not had much luck on whats better. As they are both heated.
Thanks for caring.
Aurora
P.S. We love your 12 steps to whole foods.
This has nothing to do with your post sorry but, I have been doing research on juices lately and can’t seem to find a good answer to which is better not from concentrate or from concentrate. I know neither are the best but if i’m going to buy juice in the stre which would be most benifical?
Since hearing about your website six months ago, I have been drinking a quart of green smoothies every day. Luckily, my sister had given me a Vitamix several years ago. People I meet now ask me “how do you look so good, how do you stay so skinny, how do you have so much energy?” I tell them about your website and they either walk or run to get a blender and start the practice for themselves.
I have had a profound personal healing experience. I was STUCK in an emotionally abusive marriage for seven years. I lost my will to live. Luckily,
I had a compelling reason to get out and I finally made it out to live on my own. I was emaciated (5’9″ and weighed 120 lbs), had daily anxiety, my skin was wrinkly and I had no color in my cheeks. My eyes were dull and bloodshot. My hair was mousy and lifeless. I had no energy and no muscle tone. I was achy and stiff and VERY constipated.
OK, you get the picture. Six months later, my skin is glowing, my hair is shiny and my nails grow super fast. I am emotionally stable again, and I dance and sing and laugh. I have a challenging job and ride my bike to work. I am at my ideal weight again (130) which is what I weighed in high school. My digestion is vastly improved and I guess I just glow. I was recently at a family reunion and my aunts and uncles and cousins raved about how good I look. I attended your class recently in Sandy and found it very inspiring and fun. I love my Vitamix and have found their customer service to be excellent.
They just overhauled my machine for free, even though it was one year past the warranty period. I have a hard time making a quart of smoothie. I usually end up with the whole blender jar full, so I jump on my bike and take it to share with my daughter and my grandbaby. Yes, a blender jar will fit perfectly in my backpack. :`)
Signed, the happiest Grandma on the planet thanks to you!
Mary Lou, so excited for you! Please send us a photo so I can blog your story front and center, love it! support123@greensmoothiegirl.com Thanks for this story…..big smile on my face.

I have heard of using frankincense and sandalwood essential oils topically for stopping spots that may go cancerous – good stuff!
