some of you want a Far Infrared Sauna
Some of you have written us asking about the group buy I’ve been working on, for Far Infrared Saunas, which I have been researching for 6 months. We are between webmasters but in January we hope to have it all automated.
We will be unable to openly publish the prices, because the company offering us the group-buy pricing doesn’t want to upset its dealers. However, you can ask us for the pricing.
And meantime, while we set it all up, we can get you the wholesale price on your own sauna. It takes up surprisingly little space and is more affordable than I thought.
Write Jenni or Jackie at support123@greensmoothiegirl.com, and they’ll send you my research report on the documented health, detoxification, and energy effects of FAR infrared treatment.
They’ll also send you the group buy pricing–with comparisons to the retail pricing. Through Jan. 13, they are giving us the healing L.E.D. lights I write about in my report, as well as FREE SHIPPING, plus a free aromatherapy cup and hanging sauna shelf.
Then, If you want a sauna, just write logan@healthmatesauna.com and he will help you.
You can look at the various models here to see which one will fit your space best:

My FAR Infrared Sauna is possibly the most important thing I have purchased in the past five years–that and my water ionizer–and I use it daily and love it. I feel the deals I negotiated are great price points for the company with the highest quality, lovely aesthetics, and excellent health benefits. (In fact, it’s direct to the company that manufactures for all the OTHER companies.)
Many low-end saunas emit EMF and toxins, have poor workmanship, low-grade heaters, with very little FAR infrared waves. In addition to my academic research in the report Jenni will send you if you ask, I had the company take EMF readings and email me the meter readings. Then I had an independent EMF expert test and tell me his results. Then I went to Salt Lake to examine this company’s saunas myself. Finally, I bought my own and installed it (it’s easy, each side snaps together). I bought a Trifield meter, and tested the EMF. Then I used it for two months before telling you about it.
And some of the high-end saunas will cost up to $2,000 more than these units with no real advantages besides a few bells and whistles. I recently visited a friend out of town and used their high-end sauna. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to heat to 110 degrees. That’s 40 degrees lower than I achieve daily in my sauna, heating it for only 30-40 minutes. (Also my friend’s has a “hot spot” on the floor generating very high EMF.)
Soon I’ll have a video of me with my 3-person sauna showing you around, and the report will be on the site with links to an order form. But meantime we wanted to have a solution for those of you writing us.
If I were to choose between the water ionizer and the infrared sauna to begin, which would you say is more beneficial? Thank you!
Angela, good question I had to really think about. If you have reverse osmosis or distilled water (i.e. CLEAN, unpolluted water), I would get the sauna first. Then worry about alkaline later.
Thanks Robyn, I look forward to reading your article since I’m still hearing so many mixed concerns with the Far saunas. One being that Cedar is supposed to be the wood that is harmful…Hmm. I will read up more.
Can you tell us how to get our FAR Infrared Sauna tested? We have one and I’m I’d like to know how it’s doing. Thank YOU!
Roxanna, you can buy a Trifield meter on Amazon, about $150 I think.
My sister has a 3-person infrared sauna. We used it quite consistently last fall and I did not get sick for a whole year. I am quite sure that is what kept me well (along with green smoothies). I have never had a year without at least a cold, so that is saying something!
Can I ask how much the sauna is… the single? thank you
Chris, yes, write support123@greensmoothiegirl.com and they’ll give you the pricing info! As for your other question….needing to run to the bathroom right after a green smoothie or veggie juice, well, that’s normal as your kidney excretes the water. However, it shouldn’t be a big problem. Does the same thing happen for you when you drink water??
Robyn, I have an R/O water filtering system and would like to know if I can add an ionizer to my already installed under the sink system. Do you have a group price available for that?
I already have a far infrared sauna, but paid more than what you quoted. Can you tell me what heat and for how long and how often would be most beneficial. I was spending an hour a day at 130 degrees and did that for a year for Mercury Poisoning, but then was told that too high of temperature would cook the fachia (the layer of tissue covering the muscle). Do you know anything about this? Also, can you direct me to the benefits of Far Infrared Sauna Detoxification?
Melanie, yes, look at the page under Robyn Recommends on our site and click on alkaline water. You can get all the details on our group buys there. You can add the ionizer to your R.O. system, though you need an inexpensive remineralizer in between the two. (I had an R.O. system, still do, on my sink before I got my Life Ionizer as well.) All of it is hidden under the sink and all you see is what you see now—the faucet for the water to come out of, installed in the countertop.
I’m unaware of this idea of temperatures as low as 165 degrees (the highest my sauna goes) “cooking the fascia.” Who told you that? I’d like to study it to see if it’s someone just saying it, or if there’s any evidence. That temperature doesn’t raise your core temp more than a few degrees, so I cannot imagine it having any effect on the fascia that isn’t to make it more pliable and release toxins in its cells. I wrote a 9-page paper on FIR sauna—ask support123@greensmoothiegirl.com.
