Mandy’s Doctor Says, Fastest Healing He’s Seen!

Mandy didn’t grow back the cartilage in her arthritic knees, eating whole foods last year following my program, to avoid knee surgery. That’s what she was hoping for. But she DID lose 30 lbs. and recover shockingly fast from knee surgery. Watch her tell about it here!

Oh, and next time I go back to Denver, she’s going to set up a Fort Collins class. Can’t wait! Next time the bike rack is going on the back of my car—Kristin and I were so bummed, driving past all the amazing bike trails y’all have in Colorado, and the beautiful Green River through Moab and Aspen areas is calling our name. Spring 2012!

    Robyn,

This really isn’t on topic or anything but somehow I have picked up a bad head and sinus congestion that won’t clear up. I’ve been using collodial silver and grapefruit oil. Any other suggestions of natural remedies that have worked for you or others. I hate not being able to breathe clearly on these beautiful summer days.

    Thanks.

Also how is the store coming along?

Sue, have you tried doing saline nasal rinses? I’ve used neti pots in the past but the Neil Medi Sinus Rinse (WalMart and Walgreens) is easier to use. They work great! Do it in the morning and again in the early evening. I make my own solution using 1 cup warm distilled water, 1/8 t. aluminum-free baking soda, 1/4 t. plain salt. If you actually have an infection add 1 drop Grapefruit Seed extract to the mixture.

I also use a neti pot and highly recommend it for sinus and congestion problems! It’s saved me from having sinus surgery (along with severely limiting my dairy consumption to only kefir and yogurt).

    Hi Robyn-

I didnt know you were on Wife Swap until just mentioned here. I want to watch the episode but have looked all over online since it has been 3 yrs but cant find a link to play it. Can you tell me how it would be available?

    Thanks!

Angie, I’m unaware of any place you can get it. I’m not super motivated to find ways to help people see it, since they made a big whopping deal about how I celebrate all 4 kids’ birthdays together. Actually I do NOT do that, usually–a few times we’ve had a combined birthday party, and twice when they were little, I rented out a skate rink or a public pool and had back-to-back “friend” parties. What they DON’T mention on the show is that all 4 of my kids have birthdays within a couple weeks of each other.

But of course the green smoothie thing got some airtime! It’s been almost 4 years since it first aired.
