I’m doing a free lecture, outdoors, in San Diego April 6 (7:30 p.m.) at the beautiful Ocean View Villas. (I’ll be in town for the wedding of one of my best friends.) and Stephen Richards responded to a claim by Dr. Mercola that agave is akin to high fructose corn syrup. Just wondering if you would be willing to share your take on this, inlcuding your take on the different kinds of agave.

Hi Robyn, looking forward to meeting you this Friday in Washington! I accidently signed myself up twice to attend your event. Not sure how to “erase” one of the sign-ups!
