I spent Monday afternoon at BlendTec watching videos submitted for the GreenSmoothieGirl Makeover show pilot. We watched many emotional pleas, from a lot of passionate people and cute families–and some very tough stories of devastating health problems related to lifestyle and nutrition. Obesity and gastric bypass, diabetes, childhood behavior problems, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, fatigue, depression, terrible physical challenges even for children–lots of folks are really suffering. One video made me cry. I will share the videos with you after I meet with finalists and choose three.

We have openings in the Sandy and Riverdale (Utah) classes for the Tastes of 12 Steps, Part 1 class next week (Thurs. and Fri. night).

And I think they will fill up, like Orem has, so get a ticket now if you haven’t already.
