Portland friends, part 1 of 2

I met many amazing people in Portland, at my Happy Valley, Sandy, and Corvallis classes. Thanks to everyone who came, and for your efforts in spreading the word that whole foods heal! Special thanks to Mark at New Seasons, Heather of Iris Healing Arts, Dave/Donna at First Alternative Co-op (see photo with them below), and ESPECIALLY Debbie Tuttle who put it all together!

Misti, in the blue shirt with me in this photo, was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at 16 years old. Her farmer parents served not much besides beef, potatoes, and rice. When her son was a baby, she was so ill and weak she couldn’t walk and would just watch her husband and son play through the window. She said, “Until I went to your site a year ago I didn’t know what kale was. Even though it’s my son’s middle name!” She’s been following my program for 8 months and, like me after nutrition solved my son’s health crisis, she has no intention of changing course. She looks beautiful and fit and is now enjoying good health.

  1. Hi Robyn,

I really enjoyed your seminar in Sandy, OR this past weekend. I found you very encouraging as a mom raising boys. I have always worked with my son Jasper, who is 9 years old, on healthy eating and how it helps raise a strong body and mind. He goes with pretty much anything I put in front of him. I am so thankful as a mother for this!

Mostly, I just wanted to let you know it is great to hear the importance of getting our kids on board with the knowledge we have.

Myself, along with a large group are doing the Green Smoothie A Day and I have my son on board with us as well.

    Thank you again!

    1. Suzanne, it was lovely to meet you–keep up the good work! Melanie, I have Chris looking into the coupon code. Did you have two D’s in JUNKFOODDUDE?
