Here’s a couple photos from a class I did in Layton, Utah this week (sorry it was a private event so I didn’t publicize it here)–I’m doing the demo with my pretty sister, Betsy.
Looks like it was a lot of fun!! I wish we had more of this stuff in our area. Manhattan is just too far to venture but I am so happy good health and good eating choices are being taught! Do you think you’ll ever come down to Virginia ??

I just need someone to hook me up with a health food store, etc. with a room that seats at least 75. I am considering going to my 25 year HS reunion, and I’ll do it if I have a class to teach too! I will work on this when I’m back from vacation July 25.
