Hi,
I’m new to 12 steps and I have a couple questions. First, I am waiting to purchase my blendtex. Saving up! I have 6 children I am excited to get them all hooked. As of now I am only on the PH water, and the green drink (powder). Not the one listed on your site… Its awful to say the least. I have tried it several ways, nothings working for me. I tried it in a small amount of water, you know just enough to swallow. Then I tried it in a 8oz glass, not much better. I figured the more I did it that I waould get used to it….NOPE! I stand at my sink for a good several minutes befor I brave it, and I fall just short of losing it all. So my last option this morning was to mix it in my salad dressing… It worked pretty well, I finished my salad. When I get the Blendtex I will add it to the smoothies to get it used up (it cost a bit)But I wanted to know if pills work just as well? Idf so I will go that route and try the ones on your site. Does anyone have any better ideas in taking the powdered greens everyday? Also Dr. Youngs book says to take the green drink up to three times a day, the bottle said once a day. Can I take to much? Not that theres a chance of that right now…LOL
Thank you
Penny, just take the capsules! (That’s why I carry them on the site.)
Don’t add green powder to green smoothies. You want to take them to alkalize at OTHER times during the day (so take them with water between meals). Your green smoothie already has plenty of the good stuff, and adding green powder can make your smoothies kind of . . . well, gaggy, as well as redundant.
Sweet! I am sending this to family that live in that area! Hopefully they’ll tell you that they are related to me!
