facebook me
Hey, somebody made me a facebook fan page, so here it is if you want to keep up with my occasional foray over there!
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Green-Smoothie-Girl/98314728087
I also have a regular facebook page under my name. See you there. And, locals, hope to see you at my green smoothie clinic and book signing tomorrow night! (Scroll down to where I posted about it last week if you don’t know what I’m talking about.)
I’ll sign The Green Smoothies Diet and also take 5 or 6 copies of 12 Steps to Whole Foods: The Complete Course, who knows, maybe offer a discount at the class.
And LOCALS ONLY, you can pick up some colloidal silver and agave while supplies last in a little mini group buy here, through Mar. 7:

(It’s for local pickup ONLY, no shipping–Alexus will email you about when you can pick up from her in Sandy.)
I wonder if your 12 steps gives us menu plans. I am having trouble getting raw food meals going….
Also, does it have comfort food like raw macaroni and cheese, spaghetti, etc?
Candis,
12 Steps does have whole-grain pasta recipes.
No mac and cheese, but if you’re just taking baby steps away from the S.A.D., I used to make it with white sauce made of whole-wheat flour, raw milk, unrefined salt, and butter. Then I’d add cheddar cheese. I’d put it over whole-corn pasta elbows and bake it till bubbly.
That’s about a 30% improvement over standard, boxed mac-n-cheese. Still dairy and high in fat, though.
Robyn,
This is Allie K from Orem. You are going to meet my daughter
Cassie in Orlando in Feb. You said she looks like Selena Gomez.
Remember? Anyway, I need to talk to you about an amazing
“Deal” that we want to tell you about ASAP. Could you email me
at the email I left when I registered?
Thanks!
