Making an order
On December 3 I excitedly made an order for the Cocoa & Coconut Milk Powder. On December 13 I received an email stating that there was a glitch in the system and my order was in route and would be to me in 2-3 business days. I still haven’t received my order. I have contacted Rex Halbeisen about five times since then and have not heard back from him. My credit card has already been charged, but I have nothing to show for it. I am very irritated with lack of customer service. Has anyone else had this problem? I need help!
I received the same e-mail, but I did receive my package 2-3 days later. Maybe it got lost in the mail?
Hi blogger, I can’t see your email address but please write rex@greensmoothiegirl.com and tell him if you’d like your order to ship in the next 48 hours, or if you’d like an immediate refund.
I’m sorry this happened. I tried the cocoa and liked it, and he put it in the GSG store without my permission. Then he wrote an email and put my name on it without my permission. Telling you this is perhaps TMI, but as the site grows and I’ve needed help, occasionally things like this have happened. I am still dealing with the aftereffects of this, and I apologize to anyone whose cocoa order was delayed. I regret letting this happen and being asleep at the wheel . . .
I got back from Peru last night and want to say that if you didn’t receive your cocoa, you can write us at support123@greensmoothiegirl.com and ask for a free recipe collection of your choice. (And we will OF COURSE send your cocoa right away OR refund your money promptly.) It was a fulfillment problem and should never have happened.
