Can you clarify your opinion about using salt once again please?

I don’t eat salt. or i avoid it as much as possible. I get my sodium from capra mineral whey and from certain veggies like for example, celery. I stay away from table salt. that is my 2 cents for you.
I work at staying away from salt, we must have sodium to survive, however, that is different from sodium chloride. I get mine from vegetables such as celery, tomatoes etc.

As far as I remember Robyn suggested to add some good quality salt to every morning water drink. That’s why I asked.
