Is it true that it’s best to by Extra Virgin Olive Oil in dark bottles. I was taught that Olive Oil becomes carcinogenic otherwise. Is this true?

Dark bottles or better yet, tin. Anything rancid is carcinogenic, and dark bottles allow less light to oxidize your oil, making it last longer. Keep it in a dark, cool place.
