ask your questions about illness prevention and food storage
I am thinking about developing a telecourse on
Bulletproofing You and Your Family Against Illness and Emergency
It would cover strategies to quit getting sick (and how to treat a minor cold or virus naturally if you do get sick), and what to store against emergencies so you have good nutrition even in difficult times such as job loss, natural disasters, or economic downturns.
Would this be of value to you? If I develop this course, what questions do you have I can answer?
Last chance, locals, to place an order in the group buy–I am extending the date you can order and postmark your check till WEDNESDAY:

I like the idea….I am currently battling against a headache, sore throat, and aching muscles and would really prefer not to take any medications so I am definitely interested in what you have to say.
I would like to know what foods one should or should not be eating in times of low energy and stamina. I am really struggling with finding the necessary energy to press through each day.
don’t eat sugar when you’re sick (I’m sure you know it)–if I have a lot of sugar in any day–I get a sore throat THAT night!
Robyn–on the locals buy–you would mention it was organic if it was right? I’m wondering how best to get last minute info from you- I am wondering a little bit about the sources of these things since my son has allergies and MOST nuts, etc packages have labels that say they are x-con. hmmm how’s the best way to find out? thanks!
Yes! I am especially interested in healthy food storage.
I think this would be very helpful. Natural remedies should be your first choice – God made these bodies to heal themselves, if given the proper nutrition and chance. Many are unaware of what can be done and knowledge is power. Hooray for you Robyn! You are a wealth of information and we are just waiting for you to share!
Lala, most of the items are not organic (agave and a few other items are).
I only get sick when I visit my family in Utah. When I am in Texas and eating how I like to eat and drinking ionized water, I just don’t get sick. Even when all the people here are suffering from serious allergies, I don’t even blink an eye. Yeah I think that kind of course would be very beneficial. I am kind of curious how it would be given though- would it cost $ or just be a series of blog posts, or be an in person kind of thing?
I think this would be great! I would be interested in more info on naturals to use instead of meds. And, as someone has already said, info on how to store things….how long they keep, etc. Even the best ways you have found to best store the things used on a daily for smoothies, as an example.
Best wishes as you put this together. You will definitely have an audience
I think you have truly been inspired to have this telecourse on food storage and health. It is a wonderful follow up to your 12 step program which has blessed so many lives and I would love to have this information to further bless my family.
I really appreciate the information you have given about food storage in your blogs. I would also like information on the amounts per person.
Information on what to eat when you are ill, or things to eat when everyone around you is sick would be great too.
Pleas please please go through with this idea!! I would love it and I’ll spread the word..
Yes, yes, yes, that would be wonderful!
I am interested. After being toxic in KY my husband feels sick and my daughters nose is running all day. I, too, feel weak. We have been doing green smoothies this week, but we need something more.
I’m wondering if you’ve put anything together yet for the best food storage? I’m also wondering what you would recommend for amounts per person. Right now it’s just my husband and me and sadly we often throw food storage items away because we don’t get through it all. Thanks!
Tristan, finishing my high-nutrition food storage course is on my radar but not on my top priorities list through April. So I’m a ways out on that yet, sorry.
