If you would like to attend a class I am teaching, I’ll be doing one next Thursday in West Valley City, Utah.   I don’t teach classes to sell anything, but rather to teach people how to eat delicious, easy, nutritious plant-based foods.   Please write me at robyn@greensmoothiegirl.com if you (or your friends/family) plan to come.   That way I and those who have organized/hosted this event can keep a count, and also I can give you a small ingredient assignment for the recipes I will demo.   I would love to see you there and meet you in person!
